Built for private reflection,
with clear boundaries.
Heliex is a well-being companion designed to support everyday emotional reflection through voice and text conversations, guided breathing practices, mood tracking, Personal Insights, and specialized assistants.
This Trust & Safety page explains what Heliex can and cannot do, how privacy is handled, what users can control, and how responsible AI boundaries help create a safer experience.
Heliex is designed to support everyday self-reflection and well-being practices. It is not a medical service, not therapy, and not emergency support.
Why trust and safety matters
Trust and safety are part of the product experience — not just a legal policy. People are more likely to use an app, return to it, and recommend it when they feel:
- their privacy is respected
- their conversations are handled responsibly
- the app is honest about what it can and cannot do
- the environment feels safe, calm, and trustworthy
For Heliex, trust and safety also matter because:
- users need clear emotional and crisis boundaries
- app stores expect responsible product behavior and safe claims
- AI-supported well-being tools need to be unusually transparent about limits, privacy, and user control

Crisis Support
If you are in immediate danger, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or need urgent help, do not rely on Heliex.AI.
Please contact:
- your local emergency services
- a crisis hotline in your country
- a qualified professional right away
Heliex is not designed for crisis response or emergency care.
Understanding AI boundaries
Heliex uses AI to respond to what you share and to guide conversations, breathing practices, mood check-ins, Personal Insights, and structured next steps.
This also means that AI may:
- misunderstand context
- provide incomplete or imperfect responses
- should not be your only source for important health, legal, financial, or safety decisions
Use your judgment, and seek human support when the situation is serious, urgent, or beyond what a digital tool can safely support.
Privacy and Data Use
Heliex is designed to give users a more private space for reflection and everyday emotional support. To make the experience more useful, more personal, and more consistent over time, Heliex stores certain personal data and in-app content connected to your account.
What we may store:
- information you provide during onboarding
- your conversation history
- mood check-ins
- Emotional Wave entries
- saved Insights
- other information you choose to add inside the product
Why this helps:
This information helps Heliex create a more continuous and relevant experience across sessions, rather than treating each interaction as completely separate.
What Information Heliex Uses Inside the Product
Onboarding information may include:
- your current emotional state
- your life stage
- your work or study situation
- your relationship context
- your personal values
- what helps you stay grounded
Additional details (where you choose to provide):
- age or birthday
- gender identity
- country or cultural context
- family situation
- whether you have children
- financial pressure and other background
How Heliex Uses Your Data in Responses and Recommendations
Heliex may use the information you have already shared to make its responses more relevant to your situation.

Adaptive Suggestions

Recommendations may include:
Heliex does not use this information to provide medical, psychiatric, or clinical treatment. The purpose of this data use is to support continuity, relevance, and a more personalized in-app experience.
History, Insights, and User Control
Your sessions remain accessible to you inside the app. If you want to revisit a past conversation, you can return to it through History.
If you no longer want to keep a conversation, you can delete individual sessions from History.
If you save personal notes, reflections, or takeaways in Insights, those remain part of your in-app reflection space unless you remove them yourself.
This means you retain practical control over key parts of your saved in-app experience.
What Happens If You Move to Basic Support or Cancel
If you move from Extended Support to Basic Support, or if you cancel your subscription, your past sessions and saved mood history remain available to you inside the app.
However:
- access to new conversations may become limited
- access to certain practices may become limited
- some premium features may no longer be available
Even if access changes, previously saved data connected to your account may still remain available to support continuity in your experience, unless you remove it or delete your account.
Data Retention
Heliex is intended to handle personal data responsibly and in line with its Privacy Policy.
Personal data should be kept only for as long as it is needed for:
- the operation of the service
- the continuity of your in-app experience
- account functionality
- security and fraud prevention
- compliance with legal obligations
- other operational reasons described in the Privacy Policy
We aim to avoid keeping personal data longer than necessary.
Deletion and Secure Destruction of Data
When data is deleted by the user, removed through account deletion, or no longer needs to be retained under the applicable policy, it should be deleted or securely destroyed in accordance with Heliex's data retention and deletion practices.
This may include deletion or secure removal of:
- conversations
- saved insights
- mood tracking entries
- onboarding data
- other account-related content
In some cases, certain data may need to be retained for a limited period for legal, security, compliance, or technical reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy. When that retention period ends, the data should be deleted or securely destroyed.
